I posted this a couple of weeks ago, but I’ve found this to be so important right now in my own life that I wanted to share it with you again.
Because like anything else, being exposed to an idea only once is rarely enough to master it.
At least for me, I find that it takes being exposed to a new idea or paradigm repeatedly before I can really integrate it into my life, and into my way of being.
Regarding this concept: “Consider that your fears aren’t caused by the things you’re afraid of, but by you’re perceived inability to handle the things you’re afraid of” how might you apply this to your life?
The way to become truly fearless is to affirm and reinforce the belief that you can handle anything that comes your way. Because if you establish and reinforce the belief that you can handle ANYTHING that comes your way, then there’s nothing to fear.
Do this so often (as in every day) that feeling genuinely FEARLESS becomes your new reality.
With love & gratitude,
Hal
