Wisdom Presents Itself To Us During Periods Of Silence, In The Forms Of Ideas, Insights And Clarity

Have you ever had an idea that you thought was original, and then you Googled it and realized that many other people had the same idea long before you did?

So where do ideas come from? Is it possible that there is a universal field of intelligence that we all have the ability to tap into?

My experience has been that there is, but in order to access it, we must intentionally and consistently spend extended periods of time in silence.

Personally, that means two periods of daily meditation (first thing in the morning and just before bed), with a journal next to me so I can capture any wisdom that presents itself.

Do you have questions that you want answers to? Questions about who you are, what your purpose is, and what you should do to be able to live the extraordinary life you’re meant to live?

Could it be that the answers to every question you could ever have are always available you in this field of infinite intelligence?

If you‘re not already doing so, I encourage you to schedule daily periods of time to spend in silence each day, and do so with a journal next to you so that you can easily capture the wisdom that will help you to optimize every aspect of your life.

With love & gratitude,

Hal
