Life is as much a matter of how we perceive our circumstances as it is what those circumstances are.
You can have a life overwhelmed with problems, or a life filled with challenges, opportunities, and a perception of perfection–and it can be the exact same life.
Consider that our perception of reality determines how we feel about reality.
Two people can be experiencing nearly identical circumstances, and yet one feels constantly stressed, overwhelmed and unhappy while the other feels at peace, empowered and happy.
Its not our circumstances that ultimately determine how we feel; it’s how we perceive our circumstances that determines our emotional well-being.
Wayne Dyer put it so eloquently when he said, “When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.”
Are there situations in your life right now that youre creating stress or unhappiness around, based on how youre perceiving and labeling them?
And are you open to reframing the way you perceive such situations in your life, so that you can feel at peace, empowered, and happy about your life?
Life is challenging enough without constantly overwhelming ourselves with a bunch of “problems” we have to solve!
