What you think about. What you focus on. What you tell yourself. How you spend your time.
And whenever you’re feeling down, or life is difficult, remember that you’ve felt that way before, you’ve endured struggle before, and you’ve always made it.
Give yourself some grace. Feel your feelings, and focus most of your attention on the things in your life that you’re grateful for, that bring you joy, and that you wouldn’t want to live without. Those are the things that make life worth living.
