Although she spent 20 years working with Tony Robbins, Pam wasn’t always interested in working in personal development. When she was growing up, she was surrounded by self-help books and audio tapes, leading her to be uninterested in the field.
After some soul-searching and attending a Tony Robbins event in her post-grad years, Pam began her successful career in personal development. As an entrepreneur and one of the top producers and marketeers in her field, Pam offers her tips for achieving your goals:
- Make the transition from being a “do-er” to a marketer
- Be clear about what you want and don’t become too attached to the exact pathway you take to get there
- Never underestimate the importance of support
For someone who has accomplished so much, Pam’s primary goal moving forward is to “just get better every day”. The purpose of life is becoming the best version of yourself. By maintaining a certain level of clarity about your goals and dreams, you can avoid mediocre results and build the life you want to live.
