- Identify a habit that you want to create along with your why for pursuing that habit
- Write down that habit and review it every day with your main why
- Be ready for the three phases 1. Unbearable (day 1-10) 2. Uncomfortable (day 11-20) 3. Unstoppable (day 21-30)
- Track your habit every day during the 30 Day Challenge
- Create some form of accountability
- Take control of your life, create new habits, and be UNSTOPPABLE!!!
